Where We Ship

We currently ship within Qatar and to selected international destinations.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we always appreciate your patience.

 
Shipping Within Qatar:

Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Shipping fee: QR 20
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in select areas


International Shipping:

Delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination
Shipping fee: QR 60

Please note:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes in your country.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control (customs, courier delays, weather, public holidays).
