Q: What is Ladies Training Days at Losail International Circuit?
A: Ladies Training Days at Losail International Circuit is a series of ladies-only events where women can enjoy outdoors activities in comfort, without the presence of men. The events take place bi-monthly at the Losail International Circuit in Doha, Qatar.
Q: What activities are available?
A: You can borrow a bike to cycle around the track; run; walk; rollerblade; or participate in a group workout session. Group sessions include Zumba, strength training, and more, depending on the day! Take a look at the bikes available at the track on ILoveQatar.net’s latest coverage of Ladies Training Days.
Q: Are children welcome?
A: Yes! Children are welcome to join — all girls are welcome, and boys under the age of 9 are welcome, as well. The event features a Kid’s Zone, where kids can participate in healthy activities, borrow children’s bikes to cycle with their adult family members, or be entertained with coloring, drawing, or storytelling board game activities.
Kid’s Zone is supervised by a staff member. Children 6 years of age and older may participate in Kid’s Zone while their mothers or guardians workout; children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult, whether it be a family member or nanny.
